Delivery

Once freight consignment has been signed, no claim of short supply of cartons will be considered.

Pick Up Orders

Please place your order on our website prior to pick up.

Claims

All goods will be sent at your own risk unless insurance is requested for your order.
Insurance will be charged at $50 per pallet & $20 for loose carton orders. (Insurance is not available on clearance items or glass tanks over 48"x18")
Please ensure box is ticked if required on checkout. 
Breakages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
No credits will be issued until faulty goods are returned at your own costs to Pet Worx for examination.
Items marked with retail prices will not be accepted for replacement or credit.
Water damage inside air pumps or cracked heater glass tubes (unless new) will be void from claims.
All applications for credit must be accompanied by the original invoice number.

Warranty

All claims must be returned with proof of date of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or repair items under warranty at our own discretion.
 

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Pet Worx until full payment is received. (refer to Terms & Conditions)
